We’ve expanded our wellness programs to give more opportunities to participate!
Movement classes are now held twice a week, with a morning and evening option. Participants have the opportunity to receive gift cards or exercise equipment, to ensure that you get the most out of each session with our amazing trainer, Giant.
Cooking classes are now held every other Friday at lunchtime – participants in these workshops will receive food vouchers or groceries so we can all make a meal together!
